Q: What types of leases are available?
A: We offer 12 month leases for all of our available properties.

Q: What types of units are available?
A: We offer 2 bedroom units up to 4 bedroom units.

Q: Are any of your units furnished?
A: All of our units come unfurnished and you will need to bring any necessary furniture and amenities.

Q: When is rent due?
A: Rent is due on the first of the month

Q: How much is the security deposit
A: The security deposit is equivalent to two month's rent.

Q; What other expenses will I incur additional to rent
A: Utilities, cable/internet, and a quarterly water/sewer bill

Q: How can I pay rent?
A: Rent can be paid by dropping off or sending a check to our office located at 1147 South Division Street, Salisbury, MD 21801 - or - by logging on to RentPayment.com . There is an applicable convenience charge if you decide to use this service.

Q: What is the late charge for not paying rent on time?
A: A charge of 5% of monthly rental will be added to past due rent. Late charge shall be calculated on entire monthly rent due regardless of any partial payments.

Q: Do you allow pets?
A: Pets are not allowed in our townhome communities. Pets may be allowed in some of our houses. You will need to check with our property manager as to which specific houses are pet friendly.

Q: Can I cancel my lease?
A: There is no termination of lease. You will either need to pay off the rest of your rent for the remaining leased year, or find a lease replacement.
