We offer 24-hour professional onsite maintenance. We are locally owned and managed in the Salisbury area.
All our properties are within walking distance of Salisbury University. Your student will be blocks away from shopping centers and restaurants, which many accept gull card.
Our office is open from 9am-5pm every week and our friendly staff is always awaiting your call or visit!

Are any of your units furnished?
A: We have both furnished and unfurnished units available.
Can I cancel my lease?
A: We do not approve terminations of leases. You may find a replacement lease holder or pay off the rest of your rent for the remaining leased year.
Do you allow pets?
A: Please feel free to call the office and check with one of our property managers as to which specific houses are pet friendly.
How can I pay rent?
A: You can pay rent by dropping off or mailing a check or money order to the Salisbury Housing office located at 401 Eastern Shore Drive, Suite #1 Salisbury, MD 21804 or by visiting our Resident Portal. *There is a convenience charge if you decide to use this service.
*We are a cash free office.
How much is the security deposit?
A: The security deposit will be equivalent to two month's rent. After you have moved out of the unit your security deposit will be returned to you within
What is the late charge for not paying rent on time?
A: A charge of 5% of your monthly rent will be added to past due rent on the 6th on the month. Late charges will be calculated on entire monthly rent due
regardless of any partial payments.
What other expenses will I incur additional to rent?
A: Each month our residents pay a flat water and sewage fee in addition to their rent. They will also acquire cable/internet charges and utilities charges.
What types of leases are available?
A: At all of our beautiful properties we offer 12 month leases as well as individual and group leases. (*If you are looking for a 6 month lease please
feel free to call our office and talk with one of our property managers about availability.)
What types of units are available?
A: We offer many townhomes, apartments, and houses that range from 2 bedrooms all the way up to 4 bedrooms and allow for comfortable living.
When is rent due?
A: Rent is due on the first of every month.
